RudraX Dynamics serves as a platform for suppliers to sell their products/ services and for buyers to purchase them.

3. Manufacturing Supplier's Responsibility

Suppliers submitting their products for sale on RudraX Dynamics must ensure that the products/services are their original work and do not infringe on any intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks of third parties.
By uploading a product to the RudraX Dynamics platform, the supplier guarantees they have the full legal right to sell and transfer the rights associated with that product.
Suppliers are solely responsible for resolving any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from the sale or use of their products.

4. Indemnity Clause

Suppliers agree to indemnify and hold harmless RudraX Dynamics, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Claims of copyright infringement or intellectual property disputes related to their products.
Misrepresentation or unauthorized sale of products.

5. RudraX Dynamics' Limited Liability

RudraX Dynamics acts solely as an intermediary platform and assume limited responsibility for the quality, originality, legality, or ownership of products sold on the website.
In case of any legal disputes related to a design, RudraX Dynamics will cooperate with authorities but will not be held responsible for any damages or liabilities.

6. Buyer Acknowledgment

Buyers acknowledge that the products purchased on the RudraX Dynamics platform are provided "as-is" and without warranties of any kind.
It is the buyer's responsibility to perform due diligence and verify the legal clearance of a product before use.

7. Conflict Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a supplier and a buyer, RudraX Dynamics will provide communication logs and transaction records to facilitate resolution but will not mediate or assume liability for the dispute's outcome.

8. Prohibited Activities

Suppliers and buyers agree not to:

Upload or sell products that infringe on intellectual property rights or contain offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentations on the platform.

9. Termination of Services

RudraX Dynamics reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user found violating these Terms and Conditions, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

10. Modification of Terms

RudraX Dynamics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore.
